BRIEF OVERVIEW
I redesigned with a focus on new ways to view and manage diabetes with a modern approach
I found that the Dexcom app my wife uses to keep track of her glucose levels felt very superficial in usability and features. My main changes were:

1) Broke the mold
- Support pages for any application may seem easy to create, it’s just giving steps for how to do something, simple right? That’s where I learnt how deceiving that is as you are not only just writing down steps to a solution, you are:
- Selecting the most important steps to show case to maintain relevance
- Ensuring the steps are clear and flow throughout the guide to prevent user confusion
- Optimizing the guide to sustain a user’s attention span
2) Utilized Internally & Externally
- After the creation of this side project of mine and occasionally referencing it to help take care of my clients while handling a large portfolio received notice from my team when they asked how my adoption rates were always so high. Once I previewed this “repository”, my team and leadership showed overwhelming positivity in utilizing this as a way to help scale the business but also train new hires!
- Ever since, the Repository has been used to aid over 35+ clients and train 15+ new hires on the onboarding team
